Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Pulsn (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Pulsn is operated by the Pulsn team (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2. What Pulsn does

Pulsn syncs live market data (cryptocurrency prices and related information) into Notion databases you own. It uses Notion’s official API and only writes to databases you explicitly authorize.

3. Your account

You must connect a valid Notion account to use Pulsn. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• —Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• —Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse Pulsn's infrastructure
• —Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
• —Use the Service in a way that violates Notion's own Terms of Service

5. Subscriptions and billing

Pulsn offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

6. Data and privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data. By using the Service you agree to those practices.

7. Data accuracy

Market data is provided by third-party sources (such as CoinGecko). We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Pulsn is not a financial advisor. Do not make investment decisions based solely on data from this Service.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Intellectual property

Pulsn and its underlying software are owned by us. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or source code. You retain full ownership of your Notion data.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulsn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
