Pulsn

Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 13, 2026

The short version

We only store one piece of data about you: the email address associated with your Notion account. That’s it. We don’t store your name, Notion content, browsing behavior, or any financial data.

1. What we collect

When you connect your Notion account to Pulsn, we receive and store your Notion account email address. This is used solely to identify your account within Pulsn.

We do not collect, read, or store the contents of your Notion pages, databases, or any other Notion data beyond what is necessary to perform the sync you configure.

2. What we don’t collect

  • Your name or physical address
  • Payment card details (handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe)
  • The content of your Notion pages or databases
  • Any financial account credentials
  • Browsing history or tracking cookies beyond basic session management

3. How we use your email

Your email address is used to:

  • Identify your Pulsn account
  • Send transactional emails (e.g. billing receipts, account notices)
  • Contact you about important service changes

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Notion access

Pulsn connects to Notion using Notion’s official OAuth integration. We only request the permissions required to write data to the specific databases you configure. We do not read or access any pages or databases beyond what you explicitly grant.

5. Data retention

We retain your email address for as long as your Pulsn account exists. If you delete your account, your email and all associated configuration data are permanently deleted within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure credential storage. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes significantly affect how we handle your data.
